Global markets offset U.S. stall for Burger King Worldwide

Burger King Worldwide (BKW) announces comparable-store sales rose 1.7% in Q4.

Comp growth in the U.S. was weak at 0.2%, but Asia and Europe saw stronger demand.

The restaurant operator ended the quarter with a store count of 13,667, up 5.2% from a year ago.
