Makes no sence to me, they report record operating results and the stock is down 0.4%.

It's futile to look for rationality in short-term moves of the market and/or individual securities

It spiked up rather sharply a little while ago. Probably a bunch of badly placed stop losses or at least market orders got taken out or something.

The point is that it's a non-event, and the stock is trading with the market.

Don't be fooled by "record operating results." That's basically because they acquired ARCT.

This is a non-event. It's a good thing. i don't think anyone is buying O to get a big 5% earnings spike. At least I'm certainly not. I'll take my monthly check.
