Mortgage rates little changed this week, Freddie Mac says

The average rate for the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rose to 4.28% in the week that ended Feb. 13 from 4.23% in the prior week, which had been the lowest since November, according to Freddie Mac's latest survey.

The average rate for the 15-year fixed-rate mortgage remained unchanged at 3.33%.

A year ago, the 30-year and 15-year fixed rates averaged 3.53% and 2.77% respectively.
