Solid pricing trends boost Hyatt Hotels

Hyatt Hotels (H) blows past the profit estimates of analysts with its Q4 results as demand trends supported pricing in key regions.

RevPAR for company owned or leased hotels rose 6.2% during the period. Starwood was an outperforming brand with RevPAR up 11.2%.

The company expects to open 40 hotels in FY14.
