Mortgage rates ease higher, Freddie Mac weekly report says

Mortgage rates ticked higher for a second week, with average rates for 30-year fixed-rate and 15-year fixed-rate mortgages rising to 4.33% and 3.35% respectively, according to Freddie Mac's latest survey.

Last week, the respective 30-year and 15-year rates were 4.28% and 3.56%; a year ago, they were 3.56% and 2.77%.
