tstreet......I am equally surprised but there's merit in its assessment, for the same reasons that I had been spouting about FSLR's future, especially when its roll-out of CdTe panels are successful and complete, which will ensure the success of its growth in the utility business, while making further inroads into the home business. May the odds remain ever in our favor.

I could not find a rationale regarding reasons for Baird upgrade. The target price is 67 so FSLR may be pretty much done for awhile. My guess is that there will be profit taking soon.

tstreet....yes, indeed, there'll be profit-taking next week. That's what I get from the grapevine. I've been shorting it since $54, so I'm all ready for another payday. Have a great weekend.

Grapevine? Sure would like to have a grapevine. I wonder if there was some short covering today which caused it to get near its level before the announcement. Grapevine or not, I would expect it to go down next week.

tstreet....it's a network of vested people who share common goals and have access to market movers. Yes, it should correct itself within a week before regaining its momentum and reverse its direction.

Fslr has not started to shine yet, end of 2014 you will be shocked where FSLR will be compare to its pears.

Yes, I hope it can do better than a pear. Although pear trees do use sunlight to produce pears.

Yes, tstreet....pears, like lemons and all others, do indeed need sunlight.

I think the reason for the upgrade is they took FSLR on their word:
delays in payments. Providing their current projections do not stumble, these payments should settle soon, perhaps making next quarter a better one than expected.
