KBR -9.6% as Q4 earnings disappoint, revenues fall again

KBR -9.6% AH after the engineering and construction company reports unadjusted Q4 earnings declined 10% Y/Y and revenues fell for the 18th straight quarter.

Revenue from KBR's hydrocarbons business rose 33% Y/Y to $432M, but the segment's profit fell 23%; revenue in the infrastructure, government and power business fell 13% but the unit swung to a profit of $20M from a $33M loss a year earlier.

Sees FY 2014 EPS of $1.75-$2.10 vs. $2.69 analyst consensus estimate.

Authorizes a new $350M share repurchase program.
