United Continental (UAL) -3.2% AH after warning that its Q1 capacity and passenger unit revenues will come in well below previous expectations, saying bad weather in January and February has "significantly impacted” its operations.

UAL says it has canceled more than 22,500 flights YTD, including ~20K regional flights, because of severe weather; the cancellations are nearly 4x the total during the same period in 2013.

UAL now sees Q1 capacity between -0.6% to +0.4% vs. last month's forecast of +0.3% to +1.3%, and passenger revenue per available seat miles of -2% to -0.5% vs. prior outlook of flat to +2%.
