Las Vegas Sands: Customer data stolen during recent attack

The data of thousands of customers has been stolen from Las Vegas Sands' (LVS) Bethlehem property in Pennsylvania during a cyber-attack last month.

The information included Social Security and drivers license numbers, and possibly bank and credit-card data.

As of Friday, LVS had "no reports of any fraudulent activity related to the data breach."

On February 11, LVS disclosed that it had been the victim of an attack after its Web sites were taken down and corporate e-mail systems were hit. (PR)
