Won't do eBay much good for very long. A stalling tactic at best. Icahn gets what Icahn wants and there's enough dirty laundry and corruption (that eBay is concealing) for Icahn to be able to steadily fire more salvos virtually indefinitely. Ebay doesn't know how much Icahn knows (and he knows a lot more than he's revealing at this time) and the top brass at eBay are running scared (as well they should be). Resistance really will be futile for JD and his white-collar cronies.
