The problem is that you have to have 1000 shares if you want to get $100. But then again, I can't complain. (NCT) has spun off (NRZ) and (NEWM), creating more shareholder value.

is maintaining the 10 cent distribution enough to halt the slide in the stock price and should it in fact rise?

(NCT) has not slid that much. The fall in stock price was mostly due to the spinoffs of (NRZ) and (NEWM).

We need to remain mindful of the possibility of spinning off the senior holdings into an IPO'd entity within itself. It's under discussion and I hope it happens. I've beefed up my positions considerably due to this possibility. Both NRZ and NEWM have rewarded beautifully and I trust the unitholder will be foremost in management's minds. NEWM is ahead 12.8% already---that's great!
