Giant Interactive agrees to go-private deal at $12 per share

Giant Interactive (GA) is off 0.4% to $11.36 in premarket action after agreeing to be taken private for $12 per share, $0.25 more than the original bid in November. The deal is expected to close in H2.

    I bought this stock at $15.11 years ago. If it sells at $12.00, am I SOL and lose $3/share? Is the best thing I can do is vote against the buyout?
