Nike's guidance disappoints; shares now -3.2% AH

Nike (NKE) states on its CC it expects FQ4 revenue to grow by a high-single digit % Y/Y; that's below a consensus for 12.3% growth.

The shoe/apparel giant also expects its FY15 (ends May '15) EPS growth to be a little below its mid-teens target range. The consensus is for EPS to grow 16% in FY15 to $3.48.

Shares have turned negative after previously trading higher thanks to an FQ3 beat and 12% Y/Y futures growth.
