InterCloud plunges amid paid promotion allegations

The Rosen Law Firm says it's investigating allegations InterCloud (ICLD -29.4%) "may have paid outsiders to pump its stock using false and misleading articles," and thereby committed securities fraud. (PR)

Rosen notes positive columns about InterCloud began to be published last fall by authors John Mylant and "Kingmaker," and states articles published this month suggest Mylant has acted as a paid promoter for companies.
