Southwest Airlines to get busier out of Reagan

Southwest Airlines (LUV +0.1%) says it will add new routes out of Reagan Washington National Airport to Dallas Love Field, Indianapolis, and Akron-Canton later this year.

The carrier will also add flights to existing routes to Chicago Midway, Houston, and St. Louis.

The takeoff slots were divested from American Airlines Group as part of the terms of its merger.
