Southwest Airlines to get busier out of Reagan

  • Southwest Airlines (LUV +0.1%) says it will add new routes out of Reagan Washington National Airport to Dallas Love Field, Indianapolis, and Akron-Canton later this year.
  • The carrier will also add flights to existing routes to Chicago Midway, Houston, and St. Louis.
  • The takeoff slots were divested from American Airlines Group as part of the terms of its merger.
