Biotech sell-off continues


iShares NASDAQ Biotech Index (IBB -3.2%) down 3% on heavy volume in early trading.

Modest support at 235 is holding. If it fails, the next point of resistance is ~225.

Money flow has been decidedly negative for the past four weeks.

ETFs: XBI, BIB, BBH, FBT, PBE, BIS

    This isn't a "catch a falling knife" event, but the sector could drop a lot more taking good biotech stocks with it.

    A nice head fake in the short term although I am watching margin account holders. How are they holding up opprtunities could present themselves. I am holding long only three biotech in my portfolio mostly for speed. I think the run is not yet over.
    It is definitely something to watch.
