Recalls not much of an issue with Mercedes-Benz

All the talk on recalls in the U.S. gives automakers with a sterling reputation on safety a chance to market themselves.

A new study from an auto industry research firm found that Mercedes-Benz (DDAIF) had the lowest recall rate over the last 30 days.

Mazda (MZDAY) and Nissan (NSANY) placed 2nd and 3rd on the list for lowest recall rates.
