Opel to produce another Buick model


Opel says it will manufacture a new Buick model at a plant in Germany.

The move follows in the direction of a broad plan by General Motors (GM) to integrate the two brands to a degree in order to save development and production costs.

    As a car dealer who has two Buick dealerships in CA I see this as very positive and a way to help Opel reduce its break even volume in Europe.

    Will you continue to add puff pieces on GM as the entire concept of car dealerships so dear to GM but not to consumers, is in the process of being obsolated??
