ING U.S. upgraded at Goldman

Acknowledging a strong run since ING U.S.'s (VOYA) IPO (up 82% vs. 37% for its peers), analyst Chris Giovanni sees further upside and upgrades the stock to a Buy with $43 price target. Catalysts: 1) Core business is under-appreciated 2) Non-core assets are not recognized in the share price.

He also notes strategic initiatives to create self-help attributes and the stock's discount to book value vs. peers trading comfortably above book.
