Apache to sell western Canada assets for $374M

Apache (APA +0.9%) agrees to sell some primarily dry gas-producing assets in Alberta and British Columbia to an unnamed customer for $374M.

The move is part of APA's ongoing portfolio rebalancing, which began last year in a bid to focus more on growing crude oil and liquids production.
