You On Demand -14.7% AH after posting 2013 results


You On Demand (YOD) had 2013 revenue of $309K (up from an adjusted $5K a year ago), a net loss of $8.2M, and EPS of -$0.54 (-$0.89 from continuing operations).

Excluding You's discontinued Shandong Media unit, opex fell 22% Y/Y to $9.4M. With cost of revenue totaling $3.1M, the company had a gross loss of $2.8M.

You ended 2013 with $3.8M in cash/equivalents on its balance sheet, and $5M worth of convertible promissory notes.
