Autobytel ups Q1 revenue guidance

Autobytel (ABTL) now expects 22%-24% organic Q1 Y/Y revenue growth, up from a prior forecast of 18%-22%. Total revenue growth, which accounts for the AutoUSA acquisition, is expected to amount to 45%-47%.

EPS is expected to come in at $0.03. That figure is lowered by $1M worth of acquisition-related costs.

Autobytel, which filed a shelf registration on Feb. 27, adds it "currently has no plans for raising additional capital."
