Stock futures flat after jobless claims, Draghi discusses QE

Stock futures point to another quiet open after U.S. weekly jobless claims rose slightly more than expected ahead of the government's non-farm payrolls data on Friday; Dow +0.1%, S&P and Nasdaq flat.

European markets pared earlier losses after the ECB held interest rates and monetary policy unchanged but Draghi said unconventional policy measures, including quantitative easing, were discussed; Asian stocks ended mixed as China announced some mini-stimulus measures.

Treasurys enter the session little changed, with the 10-year yield at 2.80%.

Still ahead: PMI services, ISM services, EIA natural gas inventory.
