Mortgage rates little changed in Freddie Mac survey

The average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage ticked up to 4.41% in the past week from 4.40% in the prior week, according to the latest Freddie Mac survey.

The 15-year fixed rate averaged 3.47% in the latest week vs. 3.42% a week ago.

A year ago, the respective 30-year and 15-year fixed rates averaged 3.54% and 2.74%.
