Ratings slip as Final Four moves to cable

Ratings for Saturday's NCAA Final Four games were down 11% from a year ago with the broadcast moving to TBS (TWX) for the first time.

The event still marked the most-watched basketball games in cable history with an average of 14M viewers.

What to watch: The move of high-profile sporting events to cable is viewed by some media analysts as one of the lynchpins of holding together the pay-TV model amid online and streaming TV options.
