No pay raise for Southwest Airlines CEO

Southwest Airlines (LUV +0.3%) CEO Gary Kelley earned $675M in salary and $4.04M in total compensation including stock awards in 2013.

The pay was roughly the same as Kelley's package in 2012.

    He doesn't need a pay raise, his salary has gone up 159% since 2008. Yes, 675K.

    Stock almost tripled in last two years. Plane count went from about before Airtran 510 to just short of 700 today. Solid earnings growth after digesting AirTran. Nobody is going to kill Southwest. I have no complaint. Gary Kelley comes from an solid accounting background and knows his numbers. Let good executives make a fair salary!
