Zynga makes a CFO change; shares +2% AH

  • Zynga (ZNGA) has hired David Lee, who most recently worked as Best Buy's SVP of enterprise finance, to be its new CFO and accounting chief. Lee replaces Mark Vranesh, who will be leaving the company.
  • CEO Don Mattrick has already a slew of executive changes since taking over last summer. The social/mobile game developer's COO, CTO, and HR chief left the company last August as part of a major restructuring.
  • Share are recovering a portion of the big losses they saw in regular trading thanks to a momentum stock rout.
