EPAM forecasts strong Q1; European chief retiring

  • EPAM Systems expects its Q1 revenue to be "above the high end" of a guidance range of $151M-$153M (consensus is at $152.4M).
  • The IT outsourcing firm also announces EU operations chief Karl Robb is retiring due to health-related issues in Q1 2015. He's expected to remain on EPAM's board.
  • Q1 results arrive on April 30.

    Great job for EPAM! This will have an especially good effect on the stock price because, apart from the positive lift of exceeding guidance, this will remove any doubts resulting from the Ukraine crisis.
