- Datawatch (NASDAQ:DWCH) expects FQ2 (March quarter) revenue of $7.8M-$8M, below a $9.1M consensus, and a net loss of $3.1M-$3.3M.
- The data discovery/analytics software vendor blames the push-out of over $1.5M in license revenue, largely due to "timing issues related to the closing of several accounts." Imperva can sympathize.
- Datawatch also "experienced an unexpected management departure in [its] global major accounts group in March." The company says it has made a promotion to deal with the departure.
