Goodman Networks files to go public


Wireless network services firm Goodman Networks files for an IPO, expecting to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GNET.

From the S-1: "We are a leading national provider of end-to-end network infrastructure and professional services to the wireless telecommunications industry. Our wireless telecommunications services span the full network lifecycle, including the design, engineering, construction, deployment, integration, maintenance and decommissioning of wireless networks."

2013 revenues of $931.7M were up about 50% from 2012. 2013's net loss was $43.2M.
