Futures shake of sluggishness, head higher

A fast retail sales report and better-than-hoped Q1 results from Citigroup make for good excuses as futures - flat 90 minutes ago - are now pointing to a solid opening rally, with the S&P 500 (SPY) +0.6%. Bond yields aren't reacting a whole lot, the 10-year Treasury up one basis point to 2.64%.
