S&P weighs in on Bloomin' Brands

S&P assigns a BB+ rating to a new credit facility from Bloomin' Brands (BLMN -0.6%) and affirms its previous corporate credit rating on the company.

The agency says the rating decision is based on its view that the restaurant chain operator's operating performance will include positive same-store sales growth and unit expansion.
