Price predictions on Netflix are tricky, but nevertheless this company has latched onto a business plan that is giving the people what they want. And, so far, it has no real head-to-head competition, unless you count Amazon Prime.

I like both the Netflix and Amazon Prime all-you-can-stream services, but I see them as more complimentary than competitive; they are each low enough in price that a consumer can simply have both. Add a similarly low-cost Netflix DVD rental plan, and you will never need cable again.

<<<NFLX...Tec... update... Today's reversal allows for a long recommendation at the 325 area but with an absolute stop sell protection order to be placed at the 310.90... this trade is not for the faint of heart.... selling out of the money put spreads may also be advised.... try to stay with the 2 1/2 point spreads to limit risk....
A reversal day is only a predictor of more upside and of an intermediate bottom (or top) if the stock holds its low of that day for a 3-5 day period...If the lows are breached prior to the fifth day... all bets are off...
    more later..>>>>...

Raise sell stop to 331.90 from 310.90.. this will lock in a profit while we try for a higher target on this trade..
    .more later....
