Zillow, Trulia, Move gain amid tech rally, positive home sale data

Zillow (Z +3.6%) is making fresh all-time highs today. Trulia (TRLA +8.6%) remains 29% below a high of $52.71, and Move (MOVE +6%) 36% below a 52-week high of $18.36.

A rally in tech momentum stocks is helping. So might home sale data: U.S. existing home sales totaled 4.59M in March, down fractionally Y/Y but above a 4.55M consensus. Median price rose 7.9% to $198.5K.

Trulia reports on April 29. Zillow hasn't yet provided a date for its Q1 report.
