New Dish Network online TV service aims at cord-cutters

Dish Network (DISH) plans to debut a new Internet TV service as early as this summer

The company is targeting a younger demographic that is interested in watching TV on mobile devices. The so-called cord-cutters and cord-nevers could be brought back into the pay-TV fold with the initiative.

The Dish online service is expected to price at $20-$30 per month.
