PPL revises its Q4 earnings higher after the U.S. Supreme Court issued a ruling in its favor. Q4 EPS is now $0.78 vs. previously reported $0.69; EPS from operations is $0.71 vs. $0.70. On Feb. 22, the Court reversed a ruling of the Montana Supreme Court that PPL had to "pay rent for its use in its hydroelectric operations of riverbeds under portions of three rivers in Montana."
