FCC Lawyers, Really?? Didn't know that Express Scripts/Medco had anything to do with the Federal Communications Commission? Or could it be FTC lawyers?

If true, it may be one rare sign of actual economic sense within the Obama regime. A combined ESRX & Medco will put so much competitive pressure on the prescription-filling market that it will probably save the government some money in the long-run.

Does anyone think that Soros' investment last week was an accident or a hunch? No way. What are the odds that Soros' strong support of Obama did't get him "access" to being tipped off to the direction of the pending FTC decision, and that if decision were going to be no, Soros would have gone short? If so, that's Obama's team helping to build up the campaign coffers with their version of inside trading.
