Credit Suisse analyst Gary Balter keeps a bullish long-term view on both Lowe's (LOW +1.6%) and Home Depot (HD -0.3%) with Buy ratings after the chains benefited (earnings beats: I, II) from homeowners taking up spring projects early due to the mild winter. "We encourage investors to look past the near term and think about double-digit margins for all when housing recovers."
