Futures gain behind European rally


There's a rally underway in Europe as earnings pour in there, with the Stoxx 50 +1%, and U.S. futures are ahead as well, the S&P 500 (SPY+0.3% and Nasdaq 100 (QQQ+0.5%.

In Asia overnight, the Nikkei fell 1%, while Shanghai rallied 0.8%.

The 10-year Treasury yield is up two basis points to 2.72% and gold is lower by $8 per ounce to $1,291.
