Toyota (TM): FQ3 net loss of ¥164.6B ($1.81B). Sales fell 28% to ¥4.8T. Sees a full-year operating loss of ¥450B ($4.95B), three times its previous estimate. Expects to make 7.08M cars, down from an original 8.87M. (PR)

    Hey Guuuuuys! Isn't this the premier of all the vaunted foriegn auto manufacturers with the "unfailed" business model?

    Just how bad do you think it would be if they had the legacy costs that the US manufacturers have?

     

    It's probably due to all those non union workers with no outlandish contracts and no outrageous wages and benefits.
