PACD sells off at the open tomorrow......if overall market is weak
and PACD opens 3.6 % lower, I will buy more.

Big news of 2014 stock price will be
    1) maiden contract for P Meltem
    2) Confirmation on May 12th of the 2015 dividend payout amount

Neither of above in Q1 2014 results so if PACD is down, then I will
    add to existing position.

What is the story with the Dividend? Is this just your speculation or have they announced that they will pay a dividend?

Beckett just explained the unusually weak revenue efficiency ratio of 82.7 %
which was posted for Q1 2014.

He said the P Khamsin new BOP had to be pulled 3 times during the quarter.
He continued by saying that the problem was in the control systems area and
NOV was very helpful in providing the solution.

P Khamsin posted a 100 % rev efficiency metric for April 2014, so Beckett is
thinking the BOP problem has been solved. He also stated this same BOP and
its control systems are on board the Zonda, Shavav, Meltem as well.
