Prospect closes another deal, declares dividends for Q4

  • Prospect Capital (PSEC) provides $61M in senior secured debt and equity for the recapitalization of Arctic Energy Services, brining total originations for the year to $1.55B. In the twelve months ending March 31, Prospect closed over $3.3B of originations.

    It's nice to see PSEC continuing to strike deals as we go through this year. Although it's not a relatively "sizeable" one, it just adds to their already impressive investment portfolio.


    It's also nice to see Prospect expanding their dividend payment schedule out for the remainder of the year. Although this schedule is not binding, there's absolutely no reason to think that it will change.


    This will be a good year for Prospect, and certainly, with a solid dividend schedule, a good year for Prospect shareholders...
