Nomura (NMR +2.4%) becomes entangled in the AIJ Investment fraud case in Japan after a pension fund says that it was lured to invest with the suspended company by a tie-in to the Nomura name. A spokesperson for the bank says that the wrongdoings were conducted by former employees and didn't involve participation by current personnel.
