Southwestern Energy's (SWN -5.1%) Q4 earnings rose 6% as the energy producer benefited from higher production and strength in its midstream business, but shares are lower as the company also lowers full-year production expectations and trims capital spending plans. “The miss was on realized prices,” CapitalOne Southcoast says, adding that tests of SWN’s Brown Dense wells were “inconclusive.”
