EasyJet has a place for drones

EasyJet (ESYJY) says it will use drones to check the status of its aircraft

The company says aircraft checks that can take more than a day can be performed within a couple of hours through the use of drones which report back to engineers on any potential issues.

The budget carrier has a history of utilizing innovative technology.
