J.C. Penney gets a lift from UBS


Shares of J.C. Penney (JCP +5.7%) are lively after UBS upgrades the retailer to a Neutral rating.

The investment firm moves off of a Sell rating and a harsh take on the retailer's prospects.

The price target on JCP gets a nice little 125% lift to $9.00.
