Wells Fargo (WFC), the biggest U.S. mortgage servicer, reveals in its annual 10-K that the settlement between mortgage servicers and regulators will cost it ~$720M in expected income from refinancings. Also, WFC says it received a Wells notice from the SEC amid government inquiries into whether it properly described facts and risks in offering documents.
