Genworth to sell 34% of Aussie unit in IPO

• In what would be Australia's 2nd-largest public float this year, Genworth (NYSE:GNW) will offer 220M shares, or 34% of its Australian mortgage insurance unit. That number is consistent with the 30-40% range listed in the prospectus filed three weeks ago, and could raise in the area of $700M.
