Triangle Petroleum acquires Williston Basin properties for $120M

Triangle Petroleum (TPLM) signs two separate agreements to acquire ~46K net acres in the Williston Basin in North Dakota and Montana for a combined $120M.

TPLM says it received bank commitments for 100% financing of the acquisitions, including a new senior secured second lien term loan facility.

The properties currently produce ~1,175 boe/day.
