Boeing aims to fight unfair U.S. labor practices ruling

• Boeing (NYSE:BA) says it will contest a ruling by the National Labor Relations Board that found it committed unfair labor practices against its unionized engineers in Seattle and Portland when it photographed and videotaped workplace marches in 2012.
• The decision requires Boeing to "cease and desist" and post a notice, within the next two weeks, saying employees are entitled to join a union and participate in union activities.
